MeliKa Kiya Darbandesari, the sister of Jaavidnameh Amir Kiya Darbandesari, among the martyrs of the Iranian national revolution, died on Tuesday, 27 Dey.

She was under severe psychological pressure after her brother was killed. Amir Kiya Darbandesari, a 29-year-old youth, was shot and injured in the evening of 18 Dey during protests in Rey, and died in the early hours of 19 Dey in a hospital.
