Mehdi Mahdavī-Āzād said in the program “Eyedandaz” that the eight-point statement of the Presidency of the Assembly of Experts clearly shows that this institution supports the continuation of the war, a war-mongering approach, opposition to any kind of understanding and agreement, and the pursuit of revenge.

He added that the statement also shows that the strategy of continuing the war, opposing negotiations and disrupting understandings, is being pursued directly with the view of Mojtaba Khamenei.
