Masoud Pezeshkian, the head of the government of the Islamic Republic, on Saturday, 21 Shahrivar, said in a conversation with the TV network “India Today” on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Delhi: “The Islamic Republic is not at war with Saudi Arabia.” Pezeshkian’s remarks came after a drone attack on the East-West pipeline in Saudi Arabia and its temporary shutdown by Riyadh; Saudi Arabia and Iraq have announced that the attack was carried out from Iraqi territory.
