Manouchehr Mottaki, a member of the National Security Commission of the Parliament, said about a message attributed to Mojtaba Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Republic, in a meeting with senior commanders of the armed forces, that removing the “geographical restriction” means that the future war will no longer be regional and could expand beyond the region.

He said in this regard that European countries that provide their bases to U.S. fighter jets would be considered “partners” in attacks.
