Kayhan newspaper, which is run under the supervision of the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, wrote in a piece about what it calls “hybrid warfare”: “The areas of the economy and livelihood are an integral part of hybrid warfare. However, despite more than 150 days having passed since the war began, we still do not see any military-style mobilization in President Pezeshkian’s government.”

The newspaper added: “Some officials of the government continue to insist on creating distractions and show little attention to the people’s economic and livelihood demands.”

Kayhan further said: “In addition, the Islamic Consultative Assembly, too, has not changed its arrangement as it should and as is appropriate, in proportion to hybrid warfare.”
