🔶 Kats’s order to speed up the destruction of Hezbollah’s infrastructure

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz ordered the country’s army to speed up the process of destroying infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah group in the southern areas of Israel.

According to The Jerusalem Post, the main focus of this operation is on sites that over the past two decades, with financial support and guidance from the Islamic Republic of Iran, were turned into fortified military villages.

According to senior Israeli army officials, Hezbollah had established an extensive network of military positions in areas such as Kafr Kila, El Khiam, Bint Jbeil, and Taybeh. These villages, which are located along key highways and elevations, were equipped with the aim of preventing the advance of Israeli ground forces and, at the same time, enabling rapid attacks on northern areas of Israel.
