Israeli security officials told Walla Network that Israel’s enemies are continuously arming themselves, and as a result, the threat of attacks with drones has become one of the main concerns for security institutions. One security official said: “We are facing a very serious threat and we have no solution for it.”

Walla Network reported that, at a closed-door meeting of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, representatives of the National Security Council told lawmakers that the cabinet has received warnings about the threat posed by drones.

An Israeli senior official said the country is planning to announce strict regulations and ban the use of drones. According to him, the decision has been raised due to concerns about the use of explosive drones or drones equipped with fiber optics from neighboring countries or from the West Bank, alongside a simultaneous intensification of tensions with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
