🔶 IRGC spokesperson: If Iran is attacked, we will change the geography of the war

Hosein Mahdi, the spokesperson of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, threatened in an interview with the Al-Alam network that if a new attack against the Islamic Republic takes place, Iran will “certainly change the geography of the war” and “introduce new weapons with new capabilities to the arena, which will astonish the world.”

This IRGC commander said that if the Islamic Republic is attacked again, it will not necessarily target the same objectives as before, and that it has “set new objectives” that are “beyond the enemy’s imagination.” He also warned about the further expansion of the war in the region, and by pointing to the vastness of the region, said that the war “geographically still has room for expansion.”

Mahdi added that the Islamic Republic is “constantly upgrading the capabilities” of the weapons it produces, some of which were not used in the previous war. He emphasized that the IRGC has readied itself for a “long-term war.”
