The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it had targeted and stopped three oil tankers that, according to the IRGC, were “lawbreakers” and had continued moving along a “dangerous and illegal route” despite warnings.

The organization also warned that it would not leave unanswered what it called “illegal meddling and orders from the U.S. Army” directed at the vessels in the region.
