🔻Ali Reza Azhimayi, commander of the IRGC Navy, warned that all ships that turn off their navigation and detection systems within the Strait of Hormuz area will be identified as “hostile” and will be dealt with “severely and decisively.”
At the same time, Kazem Qaribabadi, deputy foreign minister of Iran, called the Strait of Hormuz a “red line of national security and a defensive tool of Iran” and said that the restrictions imposed in this waterway were in response to U.S. and Israeli military attacks.
He added that before the start of the war, there was no problem with the transit of ships through the Strait of Hormuz, and other countries should check what factors, according to him, caused Iran to be forced to impose restrictions in this area.
Hossein Mohebi, deputy for public relations and IRGC spokesperson, also, by referring to recent wars, said the IRGC is waiting for the final battle and claimed that “Western civilization will return to the Gulf of Pigs in disgrace.”
