🔸 “IRGC missile and drone attack on Kurdish party positions in Erbil”

The news network “Rudaw,” quoting a senior commander of the Komala party, reported that the Islamic Republic launched a missile and drone attack on areas in the Alana Valley, about 90 kilometers northeast of Erbil, in the early hours of Wednesday, 21 Mordad (12 August). According to this report, the attack targeted the positions of “Komala” and the “Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran.”

A security official with the Kurdistan Regional Government told Rudaw that two drones struck this area, with no reported casualties.

A reporter for this television network based in Iraqi Kurdistan reported that at around 6 a.m. local time, “four drones” hit different locations in Soran, Khilafan, and Kheyrir. According to this reporter, two drones crashed in Khilafan, one drone struck a residential house in Soran, and another drone also crashed in Kheyrir, causing fires in bushes and fields of the Bani Kheyrir mountain area. According to this report, no casualties were reported in any of the named areas.
