🔻Iranian police say four men and one woman have been arrested in connection with the murder case of Hamidreza Rajabzadeh.

Iranian media had reported yesterday that this “eulogist” was killed after a “kidnapping.”

Saeed Muntazar al-Mahdi, the spokesperson for the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic, FARAJA, said that one of those arrested is the main suspect. Iranian television also reported that the main suspect has been arrested and that she is a woman.

Meanwhile, Rokna news agency, in an exclusive account of police investigations, reported that the woman who was arrested is the person whom Hamidreza Rajabzadeh had been “enjoining good and forbidding evil” for six months.

Rokna reported that, based on the results of police questioning, “with prior planning, this woman lured Hamid Rajabzadeh to a secluded place and after rendering him unconscious with a poisonous food, provided the conditions for his murder with multiple stab wounds.” The outlet added that the suspects then transferred the body to the surrounding deserts of Parand and set it on fire.” 📷INSTAGRAM ha_rajabzadeh
