Iran’s judiciary on Sunday, 11 Mordad, rejected reports about the lifting of the seizure of the assets of Sardar Azmoun, the famous Iranian footballer.

In a statement from Iran’s judiciary, it said that none of Sardar Azmoun’s assets—the well-known Iranian footballer who was reportedly purchased with his own money—have been lifted from seizure.

During the 40-day war, and after photos of Azmoun with Sheikh Mohammad and Emir of Dubai were published, Iran’s judiciary announced that his assets had been seized.

The judiciary added that the assets of Mr. Azmoun’s relatives, which were acquired with the relatives’ own money and have no connection to his money, have had their seizure lifted, but Sardar Azmoun’s assets remained in their prior status, meaning they remained seized.
