🔶 Iran’s judiciary announces the execution of Siawash Jamshidi in Shahrekord

According to Iran’s domestic media, citing the media center of Iran’s judiciary, the execution of Siawash Jamshidi Kheir Abadi, one of the detainees of the protests in December 2024 in Shahrekord, was carried out after being approved by the Supreme Court.

Judicial officials of the Islamic Republic accused him of a criminal record, including “multiple criminal histories, including fraud, theft, possession of an illicit weapon, and abduction.”

According to the report that was published, the court, based on “the defendant’s confessions, the reports of the police forces, and the recorded messages on his mobile phone,” sentenced him to death on charges of “waging war against God through drawing a firearm” and “assembly and collusion against the country’s security”; a sentence that was ultimately upheld and carried out after an appeal to the Supreme Court.

The judiciary also accused him of involvement in the December 2024 protests and of firing a military weapon at police and security forces.
