🔶 Houthis in Yemen: We have attacked another Saudi oil tanker

The Houthis in Yemen, who receive support from Iran, have announced an attack on another Saudi oil tanker.

Yahya Sarea, the spokesperson for this paramilitary group, said in a statement on Wednesday, August 5, that the Houthis targeted the Saudi oil tanker “Daisy” in the Gulf of Aden with a ballistic missile.

In a post on the X social network, he claimed that the attack was successful and caused damage to the ship, so that the tanker “was forced to return.”

The Houthi spokesperson stressed that they are closely monitoring the movements of Saudi tankers and “will not allow” their ships to pass.
