The Hormozgan Provincial Administration confirmed that three people were injured in an incident related to an unidentified drone in the waters of Sirik.

Local sources reported that a fishing vessel in the area of the Sirik fishing grounds was targeted, and a fishing boat is transporting the injured to shore.

In an exclusive report today, Reuters wrote that a U.S. military official said the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps uses unarmed lookouts on small boats and lighters to identify targets, including U.S. warships, after destroying a large part of the radar capability of the Islamic Republic.

According to the same official, last week the U.S. Army determined that lookouts from a lighter are relaying targets to the IRGC. U.S. forces ordered the occupants to abandon the vessel and destroyed the lighter, and no casualties were reported.
