❗Highlights from the Russian Defense Ministry Press Briefing, September 22:

Russian forces:

▪defeated Ukrainian troops in areas around seven settlements inside the encirclement in the Kharkov Region

▪struck Ukrainian logistics centers and workshops producing UAVs and their components

▪are conducting active combat operations to expand the outer control zone in areas around four settlements in the Kharkov Region

▪thwarted all attempts by Ukrainian troops to break out of the encirclement in the Kharkov Region

▪inflicted losses of up to 40 servicemen on encircled Ukrainian forces in the Kharkov Region

▪shot down 629 Ukrainian fixed-wing UAVs over the past 24 hours

▪inflicted losses of about 1,315 servicemen on Ukrainian forces over the past 24 hours in the areas of responsibility of all Russian battlegroups
