Hamzeh Safavi, the son of Yahya Rahim Safavi, a senior adviser to Ali Khamenei, said in an interview with the online channel “Hakraman” that the Islamic Republic has the means to destroy Israel using “dirty bombs” with radioactive materials.

He said there is no guarantee that Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium is limited to the amounts announced.

He said: “If it comes down to dirty games, the officials of the Islamic Republic have measures in place against them so that if the Islamic Republic is not to remain, then Israel will not remain either. There are all kinds of dirty bombs that do not require complex nuclear-bomb technology and can achieve the same result.”

He also, regarding Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium, said: “Who can guarantee that the Islamic Republic has only this amount of enriched uranium? Iran is a large country, and the global market for bewildered uranium has a high number in which there is no accounting to be made.”
