Following the extradition of a suspect from Venezuela whom Israel links to Hezbollah, Panama’s prosecution is investigating this incident as an “act with the characteristics of conventional terrorism.”
If this theory is confirmed, the incident would become the deadliest attack of this type in Panama’s history.
