Environmental officials in Qeshm report the expansion of oil pollution from the island’s southern coasts to the mangrove forests of the village of “Naqqasheh.”

The images shared on social media show parts of Qeshm’s coasts with oil stains. These stains were first seen on the night of Sunday, 11 Mordad 1405 along approximately one kilometer of the coast of Suza, and then they spread to the Sheyb-daraz area and the area of the mangrove forests.
