🔸Bloomberg news agency wrote on Wednesday that the United Arab Emirates is helping Iraq in oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz.
🔸As stated in this report, Iraq’s crude oil is shipped to other parts of the world by using energy infrastructure in the UAE.
🔸Bloomberg has described the cooperation between the UAE and Iraq as a sign of “increased efforts by the Gulf Arab countries to keep oil flowing through the Strait of Hormuz.”
🔸The United States says Iran’s maritime blockade remains in place, and Iranian officials also stress that this waterway will not be accepted until Tehran’s conditions are met.
🔸However, figures announced by the U.S. government show that the passage of oil through the Strait of Hormuz, although lower than the usual level before the war, is still at a significant level
🔸On Tuesday, Chris Wright, the U.S. energy minister, announced that the seven-day average of oil transfer through the Strait of Hormuz has reached about 9 million barrels per day.
