🔸Donald Trump warned in two fresh remarks about Iran: if it is determined that Tehran was involved in the Flydubai flight incident on the way to Israel, it “will be hit hard,” and a few hours later he again said, in his view, Iran is “on the verge of surrender.”
🔸The statements were made as investigations by the United Arab Emirates into the possibility that the Flydubai flight incident was terrorist in nature continued, along with reports about an increase in the U.S. military presence in the region.
🔸On Thursday evening, the 9th of Mehr, according to Iran time, the U.S. president, in response to a question from reporters at the White House about the possibility of Iran’s involvement in the incident via the co-pilot who attacked the Dubai flight to Tel Aviv, said: “Based on what I’m hearing, I’m going to say yes, but we’re looking into it right now.”
🔸So far, no public evidence has been released about Iran’s connection to this incident, and investigations into the co-pilot’s motive are ongoing.
🔸As of the time this report was published, officials of the Islamic Republic have not made any public reaction to Mr. Trump’s remarks about the possibility of Iran’s link to the Flydubai incident.
