🔻Donald Trump, the President of the United States, said today in a discussion with reporters in his office at the White House that negotiations with Iran are “currently underway,” and emphasized that “this is their last opportunity to sign a good document.”

Mr. Trump said that these negotiations were “at Iran’s request.”

The remarks come as Mr. Trump earlier today on the social network “Truth Social” accused political leaders in Iran of “hypocrisy.”

He wrote: “They request a meeting or, as some put it, they plead; negotiations begin and other meetings are planned for the very near future; however, they clearly and proudly say that they are not negotiating at all and that nothing is being discussed, and that their only business is with ‘Oman.’”
