Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced in a message on Truth Social to Tehran that a fleet of ships has been prepared to carry out a mission and compared it to Washington’s recent operation in Venezuela.

He added that this fleet is “moving with speed, power, enthusiasm and purpose.”

Trump also warned the Islamic Republic that “time is running out” to reach an agreement to prevent a U.S. military action. He wrote: “As in Venezuela, this ready, willing and able fleet is prepared to carry out its mission with speed and violence if necessary.”

Continuing, the U.S. president, referring to the detention of Nicolás Maduro, the former president of Venezuela, said: “As I told Tehran earlier, make a deal and they did not, and the midnight hammer operation took place, leaving major damage in Iran; the next attack will be much worse.”

Trump added that “time is running out, there is truly very limited opportunity.”
