Donald Trump, President of the United States, on Thursday, 15 Mordad, in a post on X Social, with criticism of some media outlets, including The Washington Post, wrote that he is pleased with the performance of Pete Hegseth, the U.S. Secretary of War, and called the rumors spread about him “lies and completely baseless.”

Trump also wrote that the U.S. operations in Venezuela and the country’s actions against the Islamic Republic have been “extraordinary.” He added that the Islamic Republic, with the aim of preventing permanent access to nuclear weapons, has been “severely weakened.”

He further accused The Washington Post of publishing “completely false” reports and wrote that he considers these reports “treacherous.”
