🔻After reviewing the case of Mes Rafsanjan’s failure to appear in the playoff match, the disciplinary committee of the Football Federation ruled that Mes Rafsanjan would be declared the loser 3–0 due to withdrawal and not showing up on the field.

🔹With this ruling, Abadan Oil Refining Company was promoted to the top division league, while Mes Rafsanjan was relegated to a lower tier. The match was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 31 Tir, but Mes Rafsanjan refused to attend the match on the grounds that it was protesting the League Organization’s decision to hold the playoff match between the last team of the Premier League and the third team of the First Division.

🔹The club officials of Mes claimed the match was unlawful and said they have been pursuing the case at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Under Football Federation regulations, Mes Rafsanjan has 7 days to submit its formal appeal against this ruling to the Appeals Committee.
