🔻Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are set to hold their wedding ceremony this weekend on the island of Madeira in Portugal; a ceremony that will be among the noisiest weddings of the year. However, in a report, The Sun has published a list of people who, due to past disagreements and tensions, are unlikely to be on the guest list.
🔹At the top of this list is Wayne Rooney; his former teammate at Manchester United with whom their relationship soured after the 2006 World Cup incident and then Rooney’s later criticism during Ronaldo’s second stint at Old Trafford. Lionel Messi, despite mutual respect, has also been introduced as a probable absentee from the event due to historical rivalry and a not-very-close relationship with Ronaldo.
🔹Erik ten Hag and Ralf Rangnick—two former coaches of Ronaldo at Manchester United—are also included in this list after public disagreements with the Portuguese star. In addition, Jamie Carragher and Gary Lineker are among the other people who have been assessed as highly unlikely to attend this ceremony due to their repeated criticism of Ronaldo and their clear support for Messi.
🔹In the continuation of this report, Alessandro Florenzi, Casemiro, Antonio Cassano, and Sep Blatter have also been mentioned as other figures who, because of verbal spats, disagreements, or controversial remarks about Ronaldo, will likely not receive an invitation to his wedding ceremony with Georgina.
