Simultaneously with the fifth heatwave of this year, drought in more than 71% of the UK and an increase in natural wildfires have led the UK government to hold an emergency COBRA meeting for today. Since the beginning of year 966, natural wildfires have been recorded in England and Wales, and 27 million people are facing restrictions on water use.
