👈 Apparently the routes of international internet infrastructure have been changed again and instead of passing through Azerbaijan and Delta Telecom, now in some routes the name PCCW Global and other IP ranges are being seen.

Unfortunately, this change hasn’t brought any particular improvement; for example, Cloudflare ping on IranCell 5G, which previously was about 80 to 90 milliseconds, has now increased to 140 to 160. It seems that the NATing (NAT) of the internet is gradually becoming a normal practice.
