An Ukrainian man in Croatia was arrested at Germany’s request over the Nord Stream 2 pipeline explosions in 2022.

German prosecutors allege that he was one of the divers who planted the explosives and that he is thus the second suspect arrested in this case.

Kyiv has repeatedly denied its involvement.
