He was among the defendants in the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan. He was scheduled to be executed at dawn on Tuesday, 6 Mordad, along with Abu’l-Fazl Sepahi Badjani and Amirhossein Safarî Huseinâbâdi. However, before being transferred to the place of execution, he suffered a heart attack and was taken to Alzahra Hospital in Isfahan.
