Ali Reza Kazemi, Iran’s Minister of Education, has said that the ministry’s planning is for classes to be held in person in the new academic year.
On Monday, Kazemi said: “Our effort is that all schools across the country begin the new academic year in person, with the least concerns and problems.”
According to ISNA, quoting Iran’s education minister, “No type of online education can fully replace in-person education, but due to the conditions and events that the country faced last year, a significant portion of education was conducted virtually, and it is natural that this issue will affect students’ educational quality.”
However, in recent weeks, some school administrators and teachers have said that schools and educational centers have been encouraged to fully record their educational content so that, if the war with the United States and Israel continues, audiovisual content can be prepared for remote classes.
