Ali Khazriyan, a member of parliament and a member of the National Security Commission, has proposed that for the officials of the Islamic Republic “underground governance cities” be built; shelters inside the heart of the mountains so that officials remain safe from attacks and the chain of governance is not interrupted.

But what about the people? Families, children, hospitals, schools, and residential neighborhoods—where should they take shelter? For the people: homes with no shelter and bombardment; for the officials: underground cities in the heart of the mountains. Officials underground; people on the ground!
