According to officials in Iran, following U.S. attacks at least three citizens, including a child in Qeshm, and three Pasdar (Revolutionary Guards) in Zanjan were killed.

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said that attacks carried out on the early hours of Thursday, 8 Mordad, in Iran and in response to the missile attacks this country carried out the previous day against American forces in Jordan.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps also carried out a retaliatory attack on the Al-Arzaq base in Jordan and, in a statement, said it had destroyed several F-35s, an allegation that CENTCOM denied. Jordan’s army had previously reported intercepting Iranian missiles.

Sepah Ansar al-Mahdi in Zanjan, in a statement, reported the killing of three Pasdar in the U.S. attacks.

According to a statement released by CENTCOM, in the attacks this morning, positions of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including military command centers, missile and drone facilities, surveillance and coastal defense sites, and maritime capabilities in Iran, were targeted.
