According to Mizan, Ali Salehi, the Tehran prosecutor, announced that the bill of indictment in the case of the killing of Ali Khamenei and four members of his family has been sent to court for consideration.

The Tehran prosecutor said: “In the case of the killing of Ali Khamenei and his family members, all factors have been placed under judicial pursuit, and one of the most important charges raised in the bill of indictment is participation in ‘ifsad fil arz’ through terrorist action.”

In the attack on 9 Esfand that led to the killing of Ali Khamenei, M'sabah al-Hadi Baqeri Kani, Bushra Khamenei, Zahra Mohammadi Golpayegani, and Zahra Hadadadel were the four members of the Khamenei family who were killed in the attack.

M'sabah al-Hadi Baqeri Kani, the wife of Hadi Khamenei, was among those killed in this attack.

Bushra Khamenei, the daughter of Ali Khamenei, also died in the attack along with her 14-month-old daughter, Zahra Mohammadi Golpayegani.

Zahra Hadadadel, the wife of Mojtaba Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic, was the fourth member of the Khamenei family who was killed in the attack on 9 Esfand.
