According to information received by Iran International from sources inside Iran, Shahrzad Zamyri, a political prisoner and former FARAJA (Law Enforcement Force) officer who had been released from Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad on August 5 (17 Mordad) on bail of 50 billion tomans and under security conditions, was again summoned for questioning to the military prosecutor’s office.
According to reports from Iran International’s sources, Zamyri was summoned to the FARAJA several days after the protests of Dey, and was then arrested. She was kept in solitary confinement for about two months, had no access to a lawyer, and her property was also confiscated. Informed sources said that her charges are related to helping the protesters.
