🔸A passenger airplane belonging to Caspian Airlines, which was being readied at Istanbul Airport to carry out a flight, was impounded due to “unpaid debts of this company,” with the presence of police forces and by officers from the judicial enforcement unit.
🔸Turkish media reported this news on the evening of Monday, the 6th of Mehr.
🔸ACM Temsil Gozetim, which provides ground services and representation in the aviation industry, had filed a complaint with the court because about €3 million in payments due to it from this airline had not been collected.
🔸According to the Hürriyet newspaper, the lawyers of the aforementioned company—who had been unable to obtain their claim from the Iranian airline—along with judicial enforcement officers, went to Istanbul Airport and demanded that flights by Caspian Airlines aircraft be prevented.
🔸The report added that at that time, officers found that a Caspian Airlines passenger aircraft with registration number EP-KPB was being prepared to move toward the runway and fly to Iran. They immediately requested that the aircraft not be allowed to take off.
