A group of retired telecom workers held a protest gathering in Mashhad on Sunday, 11 Mordad 1405, simultaneously with several other cities. Based on reports published on social networks, participants in these gatherings protested against higher cost of living, low pension payments, non-payment of outstanding demands, the incomplete implementation of the “24/89” bylaw, and issues related to supplementary insurance.
