A group of medical staff from Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences in Khorasan province held a protest gathering on Tuesday, 20 Mordad 1405, on the premises of Hakim Hospital.

It is said that the gathering was held in protest at the non-payment of outstanding demands, poor work-related payments, and other work and livelihood problems.

Videos of this gathering have been shared on social media, showing protesters chanting slogans such as “Nurses die, but they don’t accept humiliation, they pay with their lives.”
