A 19-year-old British youth admitted his guilt in court regarding the March attack on one of the Iran International studios in northwestern London.
An Iran International reporter reported from the Central Criminal Court of England, known as Old Bailey, on Friday, 30 Mordad. Nathan Dane accepted the main charge of “arson endangering life.”
Dane appeared in court via video link.
The other defendant in the case, a 17-year-old teenager, denied the main charge, but accepted the lesser charge of arson. For legal reasons, his identity cannot be published.
The prosecution did not accept the teenager’s plea to the lesser charge, and his trial on the main charge is set to begin on 12 Bahman 1405.
