Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vetoed the transfer of the Iron Dome anti-missile systems to Ukraine, according to the Washington Post.

The Israeli embassy in Washington explained the refusal with the concern that "the technology could get to the Iranians." At the same time, Tel Aviv returned the batteries for the Patriot air defense system to the United States so that they could be sent to Kiev.
