Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person may not use multiple accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate engagement, or obtain benefits unfairly.

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant POUYAM WORLD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service, subject to your privacy settings.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload. You remain responsible for your content and interactions.

You must follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. You may not abuse, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, automate fake engagement, bypass safeguards, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service for scams, exploitation, or illegal activity.

Users can report content or accounts and block other users. We may review content, reduce distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report serious matters to authorities where appropriate.

Moderation decisions may use automated signals and human review. We do not promise that every harmful item will be detected immediately.

Digital purchases in the Android app are offered only through Google Play Billing. Google displays the final local price, taxes, renewal terms, and payment method before purchase.

Premium is an account entitlement for the stated period. Super Like packs are consumable digital items. They have no cash value in the Play version and cannot be withdrawn, traded, or exchanged for money there.

Subscription management, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled under Google Play’s terms. Deleting POUYAM WORLD does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Features may change, pause, or end as the service evolves. We may conduct tests, apply reasonable limits, or discontinue a feature. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material paid feature is affected.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to users or the platform.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory protections available in your country. Disputes should first be raised through hello@pouyam.com so we can try to resolve them.
