For purposes of applicable data-protection law, POUYAM WORLD acts as the data controller for the personal data described here.

The exact data depends on the features you use. We limit collection to data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

• Account and profile data, such as name, username, email, authentication identifiers, avatar, biography, language, and settings.
• Content and communications you choose to provide, including posts, comments, media, reports, room activity, and messages needed to deliver the service and investigate abuse.
• Social and usage activity, such as follows, likes, Super Likes, bookmarks, searches, viewed content, interactions, and feature preferences.
• Device, network, diagnostic, and security data, such as IP address, app version, device type, crash data, timestamps, and signals used to prevent fraud or account abuse.
• Approximate or precise location only when a feature clearly requests it and you grant permission.
• Google Play purchase information, such as product ID, purchase token, order status, and entitlement status. POUYAM WORLD does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.

We use personal data to provide accounts and social features, personalize content, deliver media and notifications, process entitlements, support users, enforce our rules, protect people and the platform, measure reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of our agreement with you, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or a legal obligation.

Public profile information and public content are visible according to your settings and the nature of the feature. We may use vetted service providers for hosting, content delivery, communications, analytics, security, storage, and customer support.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a lawful restructuring. We do not sell personal data for money.

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Account deletion is normally scheduled with a 30-day grace period so an accidental request can be reversed. After the grace period, associated personal data is deleted or irreversibly pseudonymized through our deletion workflow.

Limited records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment or accounting obligations, enforcement history, or compliance with law. Retained data is restricted and removed or anonymized when the reason ends.

You can update profile and privacy settings, manage device permissions, report or block users, request a copy of relevant data, and request correction or deletion.

Under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 and other applicable laws, you may have rights to learn whether data is processed, understand its purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to certain automated outcomes, and seek compensation where the law provides it.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, backups, rate limits, and other safeguards appropriate to the risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
