Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has issued scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judiciary. But this academy has been under the control of far-left Democrats and, as has now become clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” and this has caused significant harm across the country. Now these guidelines have been completely discredited. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and fabricated climate science. In light of this truth becoming clear, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar from contracts them to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such materials. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
