Amid the continued military clashes between Iran and the United States, Brent crude oil prices on Monday, 29 Tir 1405, rose by more than 2%, crossing the $90-per-barrel mark.
Reuters reported that a decline in ship traffic through the Strait of Hormuz and the possibility of disruption to oil supply were among the main factors behind the price increases.
According to this report, on Sunday only “four ships” passed through the Strait of Hormuz, while that number was eight ships the day before.
