Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has published scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judiciary. However, it was in the hands of far-left Democrats, and as is now clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” and this has caused severe damages across the country. These guidelines are now completely invalidated. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science, not political fraud and fabricated climate science. In light of this truth being clarified, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar from contracting and to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
