For years, the National Academy of Sciences has published scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judicial system. But this academy was in the hands of extreme left-wing Democrats and, as has now become clear, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidance about climate change. Using these fake guidelines, judges have issued rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” causing severe damage across the country. Now, these guidelines have been completely discredited. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science, not political fraud and fabricated climate science. In light of this fact being clarified, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar from contracting and to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
