Alhurra Network reported that a plan is under consideration to transfer weapons to armed groups affiliated with the Islamic Republic to the Popular Mobilization Forces, instead of the Iraqi government.

Sabah Al-Numan, the military spokesperson for the Iraqi prime minister, confirmed that these weapons will be reorganized after they are delivered.
