🔻Warning by the head of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council to tribes to fight in the “meaningless war” of the Houthis

Rashad Al-Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council of Yemen, asked tribal members living in areas under the control of the Houthis to stop fighting in the group’s “meaningless wars.”

In a statement released by the Yemeni armed forces media center, Al-Alimi called on local tribes not to turn their children into “fuel for a project that has no benefit for Yemen.”

He also warned against sending Yemenis “to the fire of death in line with the goals of the Iranian regime and its destructive project in the region.”
