🔶 US Energy Minister: We are ready to supply Iran’s nuclear fuel if the dispute is resolved
Chris Wright, the U.S. Energy Secretary, says that if the issue of Iran’s nuclear program is resolved, the United States will be prepared to supply this country with nuclear fuel.
Bloomberg, citing Wright, wrote: “We can provide the fuel from abroad (for Iran).”
He added: “They can rejoin the international community and bring peace and prosperity to their people.”
The remarks come as Iran and the United States have not yet reached peace, and at any moment the flames of war may flare up again.
The “CNN” news network reported that after identifying a “significant increase in construction activity” this year near the Natanz nuclear complex, the United States intends to carry out what it describes as “decisive attacks” against Iran’s underground nuclear facilities.
Last week, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to step up military action against Iran with the claim that Iran “will be bombed with much greater intensity” and “will never be able to rebuild.”
